The Colombian producer and artist Tommy Ruíz recognized for having participated in great Latin music productions such as “We are the world – Somos el mundo” (Spanish version) with Quincy Jones and Emilio Estefan, “Salsa Giants” with Sergio George and the “Teletón Univisión 2012” in the United States, among others.

The multi-award winner from the Latin Grammy academy and nominee for the Anglo Grammy, also has different gold and platinum albums, and a Billboard Award among all his recognitions as a producer, musician, backup singer and engineer.

His career as a soloist began in 2012 with his first solo album “Aura”, in 2023 he released a collaborative album called “El Perdón” and today he presents his second solo album “La Raíz”
